A Space for You

At DC Psychological Services, individual therapy provides a grounded and compassionate space to explore challenges that may be impacting your emotional well-being, relationships, and daily life. Together, we look beneath the surface to understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape your feelings. This creates opportunities for insight, healing, and growth.

Our Approach to Therapy

Our psychologists use evidence-informed approaches tailored to your unique needs, often blending cognitive behavioural strategies, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, and insight-oriented work. Our goal is to support clarity, resilience, and emotional understanding in a way that feels meaningful and supportive. Your first session focuses on what brings you in, what you hope to change, and whether the connection with your therapist feels like the right fit.

In-person and Virtual Sessions

Individual therapy is available in person at our Red Deer office or through secure virtual care. Online sessions can be helpful for clients with busy schedules, mobility needs, those living in remote areas, or those who simply feel more comfortable accessing therapy from home.
