After you submit your information, our office will contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange scheduling for a Psychological Assessment.
Please visit our Formal Psychological &  Psycho-educational Assessment FAQ to ensure that a Formal Assessment is right for you or your aged 8+ child.

Formal Psychological/ Psycho-educational assessments differ from any assessment related to the purposes and methods of therapy.

Therapy related methods of assessment are informal and are a typical part of process of therapy. To submit an inquiry for therapy for yourself or your child aged 7+  please click HERE.

Treaty 7 lands being a part of the traditional lands of the Blackfoot Confederacy including the Piikuni, Siksika, Kainai, Stoney Nakoda, Tsuut’ina First Nations and the Metis peoples and Nation.
