About Ashley

Ashley is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists who supports individuals and couples in navigating life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. Her approach focuses on exploring the roots of concerns, fostering acceptance, and identifying each person’s unique strengths and values. Using evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs, Ashley helps clients move toward more meaningful and balanced lives.

With over ten years of experience working with children, teens, and families, Ashley has supported clients in group homes, rural schools, and inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She is especially passionate about working with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, burnout, life and career transitions, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, self-harm, parenting challenges, and relationship difficulties. Ashley is committed to creating a calm, culturally sensitive, and 2SLGBTQI+ affirming space where clients feel safe to explore emotions and build resilience.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Master of Counselling from the University of Calgary. Inspired by her rural roots, she believes our foundations offer strength while still allowing room for growth. Outside of her work, she enjoys reading, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring nature with her husband and their three cats.
